Ingredients
- 105g all-purpose (plain) flour
- 3 tbsp (18g) matcha powder
- 180g white chocolate, melted
- 105g unsalted butter, room temperature
- 90g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- Preheat oven to 180 C/160C Fan
- Line a 8 x 8 inch baking pan with baking paper (or greased with butter)
- Whisk flour and matcha powder together
- Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, add eggs in one at a time
- Stir in melted white chocolate until combined
- Gently stir in flour and matcha powder mixture into the wet batter
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 15-20 minutes
You know it’s ready when it starts to come off the sides / a fork or toothpick comes out clean! (you can see where I've stuck my fork in)
